Once the buildings have been secured, removal of equipment is only permitted when the following requirements are met. All persons who wish to remove equipment must have a pass from their office.
The Property Removal Pass should contain the following information:
- The date – the pass is good for one day only
- Your Company Name
- The name of person removing equipment
- The description of the equipment (i.e., laptop, computer, etc.) including the model and serial number.
- Printed and written authorized signature.
*A list of people and signatures from your office who are authorized to sign out for equipment should be submitted to the Building Management Office upon moving into your suite. A sample Property Removal Pass is included for your reference.
Something similar or a note containing the proper information on your company’s letterhead and signed by an authorized person is also acceptable.
